The Center for Democracy Professionals and Careers Impacting Democracy Elections, Advocacy, and Leadership (IDEAL) is a new project of Global GAIN. We’re piloting programs and plan to launch fully in 2025. Democracy Pros is dedicated to fostering careers in progressive democracy work. We aim to build a more robust, reflective democracy where women and people of color are recruited and trained to find opportunities to lead as changemakers in organizations that bring progressive policy changes worldwide.
